Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges or refunds on fragrances or colorants due to the nature of our products. We can not be certain of a products purity after it has shipped from our warehouse, and therefore we can not resell the product to another customer. We are sorry about any inconvenience this may cause but to avoid purchasing unwanted supplies please read the product specifications before purchasing and review your order carefully. Also, feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns before you place your order.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order you must do so within two hours of placing your order. All cancelled orders are subject to a $10. restocking fee. Once orders are shipped they can not be cancelled or returned.

Co-op Orders
Co-op purchases are placed in a separate cart than our regular fragrances and colorants. This means you must go through the shopping cart twice if placing a co-op order and an order for colorants and our regular fragrances. Co-op orders can not be cancelled after the co-op has ended. As with our regular fragrances; we do not accept returns or exchanges on our co-op fragrances. We want you to have your co-op fragrances as soon as possible. However, it may take up to two weeks to receive the fragrances from the manufacturer and ship them out to you. We thank you for your patience and your participation in the Co-ops.

Celestial Colors FAQ's

Why are the colors in the bottle different than the color I ordered? I ordered Lapis and the color is green in the bottle
The colors in the bottle may be a completely different color than you were expecting to receive. This is because many FD&C and D&C colors change colors in CP soap. For example green may turn blue or purple in soap. The color shown on the website represents the color of the cured soap.

I make glycerin soap (melt & pour), can I use celestial colors in my soap?
Yes, you can use Celestial Colors in your soaps, however, be aware that the colors shown on the website are for CP soaps only. Colors will vary in melt and pour soap base. You should test the colors in your soap base to determine the finished color.Colors may bleed or fade in melt and pour soaps.

Can I use Celestial Colors to color my oil based scrubs?
Yes, you can use Celestial Colors in your oil based scrubs. Even though they are water based the amount needed to color scrubs is minimal so that separation or pooling is not a factor.

Can I use Celestial Colors to color bath bombs, body washes and shampoos?
Yes, you can use Celestial Colors to color virtually any bath and body product. Just remember that the final color will be the color in the bottle. It may be helpful to place a drop of colorant on a napkin to see the shade of the colorant.
